With over 15 years of experience photographing weddings, I’ve learned that creating beautiful photographs is only part of the job. I know how to read a room, anticipate what’s coming next, keep a wedding day moving smoothly, and remain calm when the unexpected happens.
My approach is intentional and unobtrusive. I want you to feel fully present while I quietly notice the things you may not—the fleeting expressions, the hands reaching for one another, the laughter between moments, and all the beauty in between.
My background in nursing taught me to pay attention, anticipate what people need, stay calm under pressure, and genuinely care for the people in front of me. Combined with years of experience behind the camera, those qualities allow me to bring a steady, intuitive presence to your wedding day.
A little about the two of us
My husband, Heath, has been beside me through nearly all of it.
We met while traveling in South Africa in 2013, and he often joins me on wedding days as my second photographer. He brings a calm presence, a thoughtful eye, and a knack for noticing the moments happening around me—the ones I can’t always be in two places to catch. His easygoing nature also has a way of making a full wedding day feel a little lighter.
Together, we’re able to tell a fuller story of your wedding day while giving you the freedom to simply be in it.
When we're not photographing weddings, you'll find us enjoying life in Gloucester with our son, Samuel. We love exploring the coast, walking Good Harbor Beach, grabbing a drink at the Beauport, and enjoying the simple moments that make this place feel like home.
